Vari-Simple Multiple Pump Control System

Vari-Simple (TM) Multiple Pump Control System is now available as an “off the shelf” system.

This pump control system provides very reliable  and flexible multiple pump control that requires no programming. The system can be configured in a few minutes via the operator touch screen and be operational within an hour.

The system provides:

• Control for up to 6 variable speed pump sets.
• Complete control of power changeover to a generator.
• Bumpless transfer to our backup pressure control system.
• This backup system controls pressure with no logic
  - Yes, that’s right, no logic!
• It operates with the main control system completely offline.
• It does not require a particular VSD to be online.
• Video based operator interface providing status, alarms, control adjustment, and trending.
• Interface to telemetry systems or direct via DNP3.
