About UsFormed in 1988 Latrobe Valley Engineering Services has been providing expertise to industry for over 20 years. Our Managing Director Stephen Soutar completed a Bachelor of Electro – Mechanical Engineering in 1979 and commenced employment with Australian Paper Manufacturers (APM) at their Maryvale Mill the same year. After 14 years at APM Stephen joined his father Les at LVES. LVES now employs about 13 people providing engineering based electrical and mechanical contracting services, specialising in the automation of process plants |
